Shipping & delivery

Delivery area. We currently ship orders only within Vadodara city, Gujarat. We do not offer courier or pickup outside this area at this time. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, message us before placing an order.

Free delivery. Orders with a total of ₹1,000 or more (before any discounts) qualify for free delivery within Vadodara city. For orders below that amount, delivery charges apply; we will confirm the exact fee when you coordinate on WhatsApp.

All prices on this site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable pricing as quoted on the product page unless we state otherwise during checkout conversations.

Returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns. Once an order is placed and payment is received, we do not offer refunds, returns for change of mind, or buy-backs.

Exchanges only. In limited cases we may offer an exchange (for example, another size or colour of the same style) when stock, product condition, and hygiene standards allow. Exchanges are entirely at our discretion and must be requested through the same channel you used to place your order (e.g. WhatsApp), with your order reference and clear photos where relevant.

Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact, unless the issue is a confirmed defect we are addressing. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order only before payment is completed. If payment has not yet been received or confirmed, we will do our best to honour a cancellation request.

No cancellation after payment is done. Once payment has been received and confirmed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check size, colour, and delivery details before you pay.
